Cecilia offers a concert for the holiday season that shines a light on Johann Sebastian Bach: on the composers who influenced him and those who were influenced by him. Listen and be similarly inspired by the music of Bach’s relatives—Johann Christoph Bach and Johann Michael Bach—as well as that of Buxtehude, Palestrina, Mendelssohn, Nystedt, Sweelinck, and the mighty J.S. Bach himself.
